I know from my own experiences that choosing a Supervisor can be a big step for any Counsellor or Trainee Counsellor. I am CBT, TA and Solution Focused Brief Therapy trained, and in addition to Supervising Practising Counsellors, I also supervise Trainee/Student Counsellors.

With a wealth of over 10 years experience and expertise, working privately and in schools and the voluntary sectors, including a junior school in Basildon (Essex) and within a rehab facility in Brentwood (Essex).

I am currently working privately with a large client base (local national and international) of all backgrounds, ages, ethnicities and presenting issues. I work with children (age 6+), adolescents, adults, families and couples. Sessions are conducted face-to-face, by phone or FaceTime. I work in a private setting in Billericay, Essex, with ample free parking and I also work in Marbella, Spain.

I have a huge wealth of personal and professional experience within Anxiety and Depression, Self-harming, suicidal ideations, ADHD and Cancer. I am hugely interested in promoting mental health awareness and reducing the stigma associated with it. It is important to mention, that I too have suffered severely with Anxiety & Depression when my young daughter was diagnosed with Cancer. I happily share with my clients about my journey as this brings hope and empowerment to a lot of people.

My approach to therapy is holistic in nature exploring cognitive, emotional, cultural and environmental elements of a client’s life. My intention at all times is to provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, comfortable, calming, relaxing and tranquil space for my clients to explore any issues affecting them. Although I do not give advice, I explore what is best for them.

I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and attend regular monthly Personal Therapy and Supervision sessions for Counselling as well as for EMDR Therapy.
